School Tours

Students

Glenferrie Primary School is proud of our wonderful community and welcomes prospective families into our school.

School tours are arranged every Tuesday morning at 9.30am- 10.30am. These are conducted with the Principal, Tanya Gurney. 

A limit of four parents on each tour.

Student Enrolments

Children must turn 5 by April 30 to begin Foundation (first year of school) that year.

In order to enrol your child at Glenferrie Primary School, you must provide the following documentation:

  • A copy of birth certificate or passport
  • A copy of the student visa (if the student currently holds one)
  • School Entry Immunisation Status Certificate
  • Proof of residency (Utility bill if owner occupier, or a copy of lease or rental agreement if renting).

Our school is using an online system for new enrolments to Victorian government schools called VicStudents.
  
VicStudents is available for students who are enrolling in a Victorian Government School for the first time. This includes Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2025. 

VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security. 

To commence online enrolment: 
Visit https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/ to create an account and complete the online application form. Please ensure that all documents required are attached to the application.
